How do I book?
Bookings can be made online 24 hours a day.
How do I pay?
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable in cash to the driver on delivery.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured up to £10 million.
What happens if it rains?
We will still deliver and set up our inflatables in all safe weather conditions unless advised otherwise.
Is there a cancellation charge?
No, there is no cancellation charge. However, we require at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel.
What surfaces can the inflatables be placed on?
For safety reasons, all inflatables must be set up on grass and securely pegged down.
When do you operate?
We hire inflatables 365 days a year.
